Ya sea en calidad de autor o coautor, solamente se podr\u00e1 participar hasta en un m\u00e1ximo de 2 trabajos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Los autores y coautores deben identificarse con el nombre y los dos apellidos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Si se trata de un <strong>Trabajo de Investigaci\u00f3n o de una Revisi\u00f3n de literatura<\/strong>, el resumen debe tener un m\u00e1ximo de 300 palabras y deber\u00e1 incluir:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u00edtulo:<\/li>\n<li>Autor:<\/li>\n<li>Coautores:<\/li>\n<li>Instituci\u00f3n que representa<\/li>\n<li>Introducci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Objetivos<\/li>\n<li>Metodolog\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Resultados<\/li>\n<li>Discusi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Conclusiones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Si es un <strong>Caso Cl\u00ednico<\/strong>, el resumen debe tener un m\u00e1ximo de 350 palabras y deber\u00e1 incluir:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u00edtulo<\/li>\n<li>Autor:<\/li>\n<li>Coautores:<\/li>\n<li>Instituci\u00f3n que representa<\/li>\n<li>Introducci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Descripci\u00f3n del caso cl\u00ednico<\/li>\n<li>Comentario<\/li>\n<li>Conclusiones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recuerde mantener el anonimato del paciente: sin nombres de pacientes o informaci\u00f3n que permita su identificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>No se aceptar\u00e1n res\u00famenes presentados o enviados a otros Congresos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Una vez recepcionados los res\u00famenes, el Comit\u00e9 Cient\u00edfico del Congreso efectuar\u00e1, en forma inapelable, una selecci\u00f3n de ellos, de manera de escoger a los mejores trabajos. El d\u00eda <strong>30 de septiembre de 2022<\/strong> se comunicar\u00e1, a cada autor, la aceptaci\u00f3n o rechazo del resumen enviado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>Los res\u00famenes aceptados participar\u00e1n en el Concurso de P\u00f3ster del Congreso. Una Comisi\u00f3n Examinadora constituida especialmente para este fin, determinar\u00e1 un tercer, segundo y primer lugar de este Concurso, en cada uno de los 3 tipos de trabajos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>A los autores cuyos trabajos hayan sido seleccionados se le solicitar\u00e1 el env\u00edo de un <strong>archivo Power Point o PDF (no m\u00e1s de 8MB), <\/strong>con formato de diapositiva panor\u00e1mica (16:9), equivalente a 19,05 cm. de alto y 33,867 cm. de ancho o archivo JPG de 1920 x 1080 en formato horizontal con calidad de 150 puntos por pulgada cuadrada, con un m\u00e1ximo de cuatro diapositivas que represente, de la manera m\u00e1s exacta, el p\u00f3ster que ser\u00e1 presentado finalmente en el Congreso. El objetivo de este requerimiento es que la Comisi\u00f3n Examinadora, cuente con el tiempo necesario para evaluar y seleccionar, de la manera m\u00e1s objetiva, a los mejores p\u00f3steres presentados. Los archivos deber\u00e1n enviarse a la Secretar\u00eda de la Sociedad de Ortodoncia de Chile (<a href=\"mailto:info@sortchile.cl\">info@sortchile.cl<\/a><strong>) a partir del mes de junio hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2022.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>La aceptaci\u00f3n del resumen implica la obligaci\u00f3n del autor de presentar su poster en el Congreso de manera virtual o presencial, previa inscripci\u00f3n en este certamen <strong>antes del 7 de noviembre de 2022.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>Solo se entregar\u00e1 certificado de participaci\u00f3n en el congreso al autor\/ coautor que est\u00e9 inscrito en el Congreso (virtual o presencial)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><strong>Especificaciones <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El formato del poster ser\u00e1 para ser presentado on-line, de modo que ser\u00e1 el siguiente: Archivo Power Point, con diapositiva Pantalla panor\u00e1mica (16:9) 19,05 cm. de alto y 33,867 cm. de ancho o archivo JPG de 1920 x 1080 Horizontal con calidad de 150 puntos por pulgada cuadrada. Podr\u00e1n tener un m\u00e1ximo de tres o m\u00e1ximo cuatro diapositivas que se ir\u00e1n pasando de forma autom\u00e1tica, con una duraci\u00f3n de 30 segundos a 1 minuto por cada una. Los presentadores podr\u00e1n a\u00f1adir a cada diapositiva una grabaci\u00f3n de voz (4 minutos como m\u00e1ximo en total del archivo). Para la evaluaci\u00f3n se enviar\u00e1 a un organizador y luego a una persona que revisar\u00e1 el p\u00f3ster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los p\u00f3steres que no se ajusten a esta especificaci\u00f3n no podr\u00e1n ser exhibidos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se seleccionar\u00e1n 60 posters en formato digital y cinco de ellos deber\u00e1n ser presentados ante la comisi\u00f3n evaluadora, de forma presencial. Para ello deber\u00e1n cambiar de formato y preparar uno en formato f\u00edsico de 120 cms. de alto y 90 cms vertical, que deber\u00e1n imprimir en alta calidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>El autor (o alg\u00fan coautor) del poster deber\u00e1 estar dispuesto a responder las preguntas de los congresistas que los visiten virtualmente durante los d\u00edas del congreso.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li>La premiaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 el viernes 18 de noviembre de 2022. A person can only participate as an author or coauthor in a maximum of 2 papers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The authors and coauthors must identify themselves with their name and last name.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">If the poster pertains to a research project or literature review, the abstract can have a maximum of 300 words and should include:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Title<\/li>\n<li>Author<\/li>\n<li>Coauthors<\/li>\n<li>Institution they represent<\/li>\n<li>Introduction<\/li>\n<li>Objectives<\/li>\n<li>Methods<\/li>\n<li>Results<\/li>\n<li>Discussion<\/li>\n<li>Conclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">If the poster pertains to a clinical case, it can have a maximum of 350 words and should include:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Title<\/li>\n<li>Author<\/li>\n<li>Coauthor<\/li>\n<li>Institution they represent<\/li>\n<li>Introduction<\/li>\n<li>Description of the case<\/li>\n<li>Comments<\/li>\n<li>Conclusions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Remember to maintain patient anonymity. Do not include the name of the patient or any identifying information.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Abstracts that have been presented or submitted to other conferences will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Once all the abstracts have been submitted, the Conference\u00b4s Scientific Committee will carry out an impartial selection process, in order to choose the best projects. On <b>September 30, 2022, <\/b>the secretary of the Chilean Orthodontics Society will notify each author of the acceptance or rejection of their abstract.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The accepted abstracts will participate in the Conference\u00b4s Poster Contest. A panel of judges assembled especially for this purpose will determine the third, second and first place winners for this contest for each of the 3 types of projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The authors whose projects have been selected will be asked to send a PowerPoint or PDF (no more than 8 MB) file, with the format of panoramic slides (16:9), equivalent to 19.05 cm in length and 33.867 cm in width or a JPG file in horizontal form with the dimensions 1920 x 1080 and the quality of 150 dots per inch, with a maximum of four slides and the most exact representation of how the poster will be presented at the conference. The purpose of this requirement is so that the panel of judges will have the time necessary to objectively evaluate and select the best posters. The files should be submitted to the secretary of the Chilean Orthodontics Society (<a href=\"mailto:info@sortchile.cl\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><u>info@sortchile.cl<\/u><\/span><\/a>) <b>between the beginning of June until September 14, 2022. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The acceptance of the abstract to the contest implies that the author must present their poster at the conference, virtually or in person. Once the poster has been accepted, the author must register to attend the conference before <b>November 7, 2022. <\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The author or coauthor must be registered for the conference (virtually or in person) to receive their participation certificate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><b>Specifications for the presentation of the poster<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>The poster should be formatted for an online presentation, adhering to the following guidelines: PowerPoint file with panoramic slides (16:9), 19.05 cm in length and 33.867 cm in width or a JPG file in horizontal form with the dimensions 1920 x 1080 and the quality of 150 dots per inch. It can have between 3 and 4 slides that can be changed automatically and each having a duration of 30 seconds to 1 minute. The presenters can include a voice recording in each slide (A maximum of 4 minute for the whole file). For the evaluation, send the presentation to an organizer and then to someone who can revise the poster.<\/li>\n<li>Posters that do not adhere to these guidelines cannot be displayed.<\/li>\n<li>60 digitally formatted posters will be selected and 5 of those will be presented before the panel of judges, in-person. For those that will presented in-person, the formatting of the poster should be adjusted to 120 cm in length and 90 cm in width, and must be printed in high quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The author (or coauthor) of the poster must be available to answer the questions of the attendees who watched the presentation virtually during the days of the conference.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The award ceremony will be held on Friday November 18, 2022.
