(1) Extranjero miembro ALADO: Debe presentar certificado ALADO o de pertenencia a sociedad científica de ortodoncia.

1.-Pago con depósito o transferencia bancaria / Payment with Deposit or Bank Wire Transfer
Recuerde que debe indicar su nombre en la transferencia de la siguiente forma; NOMBRE DEL EVENTO QUE CANCELA-NOMBRE Y APELLIDO, esto facilita el rastreo de su pago.
Please, indicate name of the event and your name in the bank wire transfer, example: ORTODONCIA 2021-NAME AND LAST NAME (this will help us identify and track your payment.)
Recuerde que cada transferencia bancaria tiene un costo asociado, este costo deberá ser asumido por el participante a modo de que se reciba el valor total correspondiente por inscripción.
Please consider that all wire transfers have an internal bank fee, this fee must be paid by the participant to receive the complete registration fee.
2.-Anulación de Inscripción / Registration Cancel Policy
Las anulaciones de inscripciones recibidas antes de 60 días del inicio del evento serán reembolsadas en un 85%, descontando el 15% por gastos administrativos. Este reembolso se hará efectivo una vez finalizado el Evento.
Cancellations received 60 days before the start date of the event will be refunded to a 85%. 15% of the refund will be discounted due to administrative expenses. The money will be refunded once the event is over.
Las anulaciones de inscripciones recibidas entre 59 y 5 días antes del inicio del evento serán reembolsadas en un 65%, descontando el 35% por gastos administrativos. Este reembolso se hará efectivo una vez finalizado el Evento.
Cancellations received between 59 and 5 days before the start date of the event will be refunded to a 65%. 35% of the refund will be discounted due to administrative expenses. The money will be refunded once the event is over.
Las anulaciones recibidas a partir del día de inicio del evento no serán reembolsadas, solamente se aceptará una sustitución de participante.

Todas las anulaciones deben ser enviadas por escrito a la Secretaria de la Sociedad de Ortodoncia, al correo info@sortchile.cl. Todas las anulaciones y solicitudes de reembolso deberán ser acompañadas de los datos bancarios del solicitante.
